- Kit-sets are designed as an IL2 building, but are not designed to be habitable.
- Pricing excludes windows, ranch sliders, foundation, and construction.
- Essential range pricing cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
- Pricing is not valid on addresses north of the Auckland Harbour Bridge.
- Pricing is correct at the time of print and subject to change.
- Pricing does not include delivery and unloading.
- A full list of inclusions and terms and conditions will be included with your contract.
- For kit-set only orders, the cost of delivery of the custom-made flashings is not included.
