Weighing up a pole shed initially, this client decided he wanted the benefit of a clear-span building and a quality look to the shed as it was situated next to his house. The deciding factor for our client was that we could look after the whole design and build process for him, from consent right through to construction and code of compliance. Tying the Ironsand cladding in with the colours of his home the owner also opted for a clear light in the closed bay. Feedback within the first week was that he was pleasantly surprised by the amount of light put into the area from the clear light and he has not had a need for lights in the shed yet.
"We considered four suppliers when building our workshop-implement shed. They stood out from the very beginning with excellent pre-sales support, volunteering great advice, and showing a genuine interest in our requirements and expectations. At no time did we feel any pressure to make a decision which we ultimately did going with one of their Wide-Span kit-set sheds, plus also engaging them to assemble it. The build stage of the project was completed quickly with no dramas and showed a very high level of professionalism, particularly in the management and coordination of not only the team but also various sub-contractors, some of whom were engaged by us.
We are very happy with our Wide-Span shed and pleased we went with a steel framed kit-set as opposed to a more traditional “pole shed” which could have saved us a few thousand dollars but won’t appreciate in value anything like what we have now.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Widespan/Cohesive. They are a pleasure to deal with and a bunch of genuinely nice people who I hope to stay in touch with". - Phillip J.
