• Kit-sets are designed as an IL2 building but are not designed to be habitable
• Pricing excludes foundation and construction
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
• Pricing is not valid on addresses in the Waikato region and north of the Auckland Harbour Bridge
